Lydensign is a detached property, some parts dating back over 200 years, low ceilings, beams and open fireplaces give it character and keep it cosy. A well equipped kitchen and modern new bathroom make Lydensign an ideal base to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Step outside and sit by the pond to watch and listen to all the wildlife right on your doorstep. Enjoy the wonderful views, rolling hills and peace that Lydensign has to offer or a day out to explore & visit some of the many attractions around Devon.

The area has so many good pubs and restaurants to try on your way home and then relax, in front of the log fire in winter, with a good book or DVD.

The accommodation comprises of:

  • Two double bedrooms.
  • One twin bedroom.
  • Bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath with electric shower. Towels provided.
  • The kitchen area is well equipped with plenty of units for storage, electric fan oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
  • The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6 people.
  • The living room has a large fire. There is a TV with a Video/DVD player and internet access.

Heating: The cottage has night storage heating, an open fire and a wood burning stove.

Outside: An enclosed garden with a large lawned area and a pond with patio.
